I had a meeting today and wanted something simpler than a normal presentation: a small agenda on the left, one discussion point at a time, and a place to take notes without switching windows.

So I made a small single-file HTML template for it. Notes are saved automatically in the browser while you type, and at the end you can export a Markdown file containing both the meeting agenda and your notes.

I liked it enough that I cleaned it up into a reusable template.

That is basically it. Sometimes the useful tools are the very small ones.
